Terms of Service

Last updated: March 12, 2026

These terms govern access to and use of the Erfa Driver App for approved drivers performing authorized collection work.

Eligibility and access

Driver App access is limited to drivers approved and activated by Erfa. You must keep account, identity, licensing, and vehicle information accurate and must not share your credentials or allow another person to work through your account.

Authorized use

Use the app only for assigned or otherwise authorized work. Follow applicable laws, safety procedures, operational instructions, and route requirements, and do not manipulate route, time, location, or stop records.

Driver responsibilities

You are responsible for arriving ready for assigned shifts, operating the approved vehicle safely, protecting customer property, recording stop outcomes accurately, and reporting accidents, hazards, access problems, and service exceptions promptly.

Location and device requirements

Active routes may require location, notifications, camera, and network access. Keep your device secure and sufficiently charged, and synchronize supported offline activity as soon as connectivity returns.

Account actions

We may restrict, suspend, or close access for safety or security risks, inaccurate eligibility information, unauthorized activity, repeated operational violations, fraud, or breaches of these terms or applicable law.

Service responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Erfa is not responsible for indirect losses or service interruptions caused by events outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and questions

We may update these terms and will identify the effective date on this page. Continued authorized use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.

For operational questions, open the Driver App tab on the Support page.
