Terms of Service
Last updated: March 12, 2026
These terms govern your access to and use of the Erfa Customer App and the collection services made available through it.
Using the platform
By creating an account or using the Customer App, you agree to these terms and to applicable service rules. You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and use the app only for lawful household collection purposes.
Service and availability
Collection plans, schedules, supported materials, and service areas may vary. A requested time is not guaranteed until it is confirmed in the app, and service may be delayed or rescheduled because of safety, access, weather, capacity, or operational conditions.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for providing correct pickup and contact details, maintaining safe access to the collection point, preparing items according to local guidance, and not presenting prohibited or hazardous materials unless expressly supported.
Subscriptions and payments
Available prices, billing periods, renewal terms, and cancellation options are shown before purchase or in your plan details. You are responsible for authorized charges and for keeping payment information current where payment features are available.
Account actions
We may restrict, suspend, or close an account that threatens safety or security, misuses the service, fails to pay applicable charges, violates these terms, or breaks applicable law.
Service responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Erfa is not responsible for indirect losses or for failures caused by events outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and questions
We may update these terms and will identify the effective date on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
For service questions, open the Customer App tab on the Support page.
