Find operational help for the Erfa Driver App, including account activation, shifts, routes, stop outcomes, synchronization, and safety issues.
Access and activation
Driver App access requires an approved and activated account. If sign-in succeeds but no work is available, confirm that your account, assigned vehicle, and shift have been activated by operations.
Shifts and routes
Start only the assigned shift and verify the vehicle and route before departure. Refresh the route after reconnecting if an assignment, cancellation, or reassignment is not visible.
Offline work and synchronization
Supported stop actions can be recorded during limited connectivity. Keep the app open when safe, restore a reliable connection, and allow synchronization to finish before ending the shift.
Do not repeat completed stop actions while a sync is pending unless operations instructs you to do so.
Stop and collection issues
Choose the accurate stop outcome and reason. Report blocked access, prohibited materials, unsafe conditions, vehicle problems, or customer incidents through the approved operational channel as soon as it is safe.
Permissions and safety
Allow the location, notification, camera, and network permissions required for active work. Never troubleshoot or operate the app while driving; park safely first or ask dispatch for assistance.
Contact Driver App support
Open the Driver App, go to Profile or Settings, choose Help Center or Support, and include your shift, route, vehicle, stop, and sync status where relevant.
For an immediate safety risk or accident, follow emergency and operations procedures first. Do not send passwords, verification codes, full identity documents, or payment details in a support message.
