Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 12, 2026
This policy explains how Erfa collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Driver App and perform authorized service work.
Information we collect
We may collect account, contact, identity-verification, vehicle, eligibility, and device details, together with shift, route, stop, and incident activity.
The Driver App may collect precise location while a shift or route is active, including in the background when permitted, so Erfa can assign work, provide navigation context, record service progress, and support operational safety.
How we use information
We use information to verify and secure driver accounts, assign and optimize routes, coordinate collection work, record stop outcomes, investigate incidents, provide support, and meet legal and operational requirements.
We do not sell your personal information.
Retention and security
We retain operational and account records for as long as needed to administer work, investigate incidents, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements.
We apply reasonable safeguards and restrict access to authorized personnel, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You can control device permissions in system settings. Disabling location, notifications, or other required permissions may prevent route and shift features from working.
You may request access to or correction of eligible personal information through the Driver App support channel, subject to applicable operational and legal retention requirements.
Privacy questions
For questions or requests about this policy, open the Support section for the Driver App and follow the contact instructions shown there.
